Julie is our Group Finance Director, based in the UK.

With over 25 years experience working in a variety of finance roles, Julie supports key business stakeholders to drive improved business strategy, underpinned by delivering best practice financial controls – compliance, accuracy and consistency.

Having expertise within the construction industry with both private and public clients, Julie’s business experience, eye for detail and ability to understand the bigger picture, enables her to identify areas of risk and opportunity and act accordingly.

Whilst her focus is on risk management, she is also a strong leader of finance teams and an advocate of her own, and others’, personal development for the benefit of the business.

Julie has found that working directly with clients has not only improved service delivery and customer experience but has opened up opportunities to advise and improve clients own internal processes, adding value to the business/client relationship.
