Systech is proud to announce its prequalification as a provider of project controls services for capital projects under a framework agreement of up to five years with Infrastructure Ontario (IO), following a competitive selection process.
Under this framework, Systech has prequalified to deliver services across five key areas spanning the entire project lifecycle:
- General Project Controls Management and Reporting
- Schedule Management
- Constructability and Interface Management
- Risk Management
- Cost Control and Change Management
IO will identify specific assignments within these categories for which prequalified firms like Systech can submit proposals.
This new partnership enables us to continue delivering high-quality support through our proactive philosophy. Our approach emphasises early project advice and due diligence to ensure robust contractual terms and project controls from the outset, combined with preventative strategies to avoid claims and disputes.
Building on an existing relationship
Systech already has significant experience providing consultancy services for IO's government projects. We have been selected to work on various programs where we have:
- Contributed key talent
- Advised on implementing progressive contracting models, including Canada's first alliance contract
- Provided contract management advisory, claims and dispute resolution services
- Deployed our in-house developed scheduling and delay analysis tools
- Transferred knowledge and best practices from our global experience through staff training programs, to create a legacy of excellence for future projects.
A Systech spokesperson said, “We welcome the opportunity to continue our support on IO programs with this expanded service provision.”
"IO is an excellent organisation, and we are proud to be working with them. This prequalification reinforces our position as a global force in government consultancy services and follows our other recent engagements in Canada, North America, and Europe."
