Systech expert presents on Construction Adjudication Programme at Pretoria University

Mark Watson, our delay expert and claims specialist, presented a module on the Programme in Construction Adjudication at the Enterprises University of Pretoria.

This was the third year that Mark has presented on the Programme and his module covered the principles of quantifying a delay claim under the various international and domestic forms of contract used in Africa.
