RICS Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) makes thousands of appointments each year from its dispute panel and is the leading authority for property related disputes.

Paschal has more than 28 years' experience working as a construction professional in Australia, USA, UK, Europe, MENA, Korea and APAC.

He is a Chairman of the APC assessment panels with the RICS and has delivered many seminars on risk avoidance, contract and commercial management.

Paschal has provided independent expert testimony at all levels of the court system including the Supreme Court in Australia.
