Marcus Clowes, Group Bid Manager
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Marcus Clowes as our Group Bid Manager.
This is a strategic role, across all regions and service sectors within the Group, in which Marcus will work closely with the owners and senior managers to enhance our bid processes and further establish our long term work pipeline, particularly with government infrastructure programme appointments.
Marcus has extensive expertise in bid management, operations management, recruitment and business development across the construction and infrastructure sectors. He spent over eight years at Turner & Townsend and brings detailed experience in managing bids from small call-offs through to multi-lot government frameworks, with an emphasis on claims, dispute resolution, project advisory and procurement services.
Marcus has a proven track record of winning major bids with a focus on preparing high-quality submissions and developing client pursuit plans, whilst driving a collaborative approach to lessons learned, best practice, innovations and work winning initiatives.
