We are delighted to announce the appointment of David Yorke who will head up our services in the Midlands, UK.

David is based within the region and has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry with UK Tier 1 Contractors.

David has held senior management positions with major contractors including operational responsibility for Kier Construction Midlands, Commercial Director with John Sisk Major Projects [both roles were based in Birmingham], and Commercial Director with Bouygues in London.

David is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a board member of Constructing Excellence, a progressive membership organisation committed to improving business performance by driving innovation and best practise in the construction industry.

An accomplished commercial leader with a passion for commercially managing businesses with a focus on strategy, risk management, governance and business improvements/resilience, David is a “hands-on” construction professional whose experience covers a diverse portfolio of projects, from pre-construction through to the conclusion of the defects liability period.
