Next week our Commercial Director Colin Whitfield will be the guest speaker at the Introduction to Progressive Contracting event, brought by the AACE Toronto Section.

Colin will walk attendees through the various progressive contracting models and how their associated risk is managed, and will also touch on their procurement process and evaluation method.

Colin Whitfield, who is currently supporting our long-term engagements on the transport improvement program in Ontario, has considerable expertise in areas such as commercial management of active construction projects, conflict avoidance, claims and dispute resolution, as well as project controls and risk management.
