Collaboration

Local alliances to enhance our global offering.

MMA Law

Systech Law and MMA Law entered a collaboration in April 2023, designed to support Public-Private Partnerships in Kuwait. The endeavour combines MMA’s extensive local legal knowledge with our international experience in both project management and construction law.

The Agreement marks a significant milestone in the two firms’ commitment to delivering exceptional legal and consulting services. It will see MMA Law and Systech Law working together in the State of Kuwait on claims and disputes in the infrastructure, construction and oil and gas sectors.

MMA Law is a reputable law firm based in Kuwait that is committed to providing unique and tailored solutions to complex business and legal challenges. The firm achieves this by leveraging the extensive experience of its multidisciplinary team that includes engineers, accountants, financial experts, and lawyers. MMA Law has a notable record of advising and collaborating with major national and international contractors, particularly in the information technology, infrastructure, construction, and oil and gas sectors. The practice is recognized for its expertise in pre-contract award advisory, contracts management, claims preparation and management, dispute management and settlement agreements.
